I have been working at SelektMeat for 4.5 years now and I can say that I go to work with a spring in my step every day. In principle I am responsible for sales and, quite honestly, we make a good job of it. In addition, I deal with all aspects of marketing. This gives me a chance to push some of my crazier ideas, for example at trade fairs and contests, in folders and leaflets, and working on projects such as ‘Pass on the Fortuna Carpaccio knife’. Product development too is something which also keeps me busy as chef. What do I enjoy the most about my work? The complete freedom, the variety of work, being able to think up new Fortuna carpaccios and recipes, and the contact I have with my fellow professionals, the chefs of this world and my colleagues at SelektMeat. In short: I’m a jack-of-all-trades, working with the ‘best profession in the world’.
